A partire dalla definizione teorica della vulnerabilità come posizione, il contributo prende in considerazione come paradigmatica le condizione che si producono per i minori migranti soli lungo il viaggio come durante la permanenza in Italia. Particolare attenzione viene dedicata alle procedure della richiesta di asilo come ambito di vittimizzazione secondaria, e all'ineffettività dei principi posti a tutela dei minori alla luce del nuovo corso della politica italiana.

Because of their particular helpless condition, the unaccompanied minor migrants are at serious risk to be further deprived of their rights, and to become de facto “invisible” to the authorities, to the public health services, and in general to the public opinion.
